LEARN MORE ABOUT ME
Wendy Mather has been involved with The Virtues Project for over 20 years and received her Master Facilitator designation in 2007. She offers workshops on The Five Strategies of The Virtues Project, which empower individuals to live more authentic meaningful lives, families to raise children of compassion and integrity, educators to create safe, caring, and high performing learning communities, and leaders to encourage excellence and ethics in the workplace. The Virtues Project has inspired and mobilized people worldwide to commit acts of service and generosity, to heal violence with virtues.
As a Social Service worker, and part-time professor, Wendy compiled a workbook and facilitated the “Roots to Success” portfolio development program for ‘at risk’ high school students.
She is a Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) practitioner, and has taught courses in Community Development and Group Process, Principles of Adult Learning, Program Design, and Portfolio Development in the Social Service Worker faculty at Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario.
Wendy is also a yoga instructor, a life coach and a journeyman beekeeper.
Wendy has contributed to The V Channel as a writer, an editor, and an advisor since January 2013.

About
Nina Julia (B.Sc.Ed.) – Founder, Chief Editor at CFAH
Nina created CFAH following the birth of her second child. She was a science and math teacher for 6 years prior to becoming a parent — teaching in schools in White Plains, New York and later in Paterson, New Jersey.
Nina writes, curates, and edits insights on the topic of cannabinoids like CBD and delta 8. Her goal is to share the knowledge she’s accumulated over the years while raising her two young children, as well as her experience working with the hemp plant while studying at New York State University. She aims to help new and expecting parents navigate the challenges and complexities of parenthood and cannabis.
